Lead Nurse Practitioner
Hi, I’m Madeline Cash—a Family Nurse Practitioner and aesthetic injector here at Chin Up! Aesthetics. My background in pediatric intensive care taught me to prioritize precision, safety, and patient-centered care, all of which continue to guide my work in aesthetic medicine today.
Before entering the aesthetics field, I spent six years as a pediatric ICU nurse at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta. That experience shaped not only my clinical skills but also my calm, thoughtful approach to every treatment I provide. I believe that true beauty lies in balance—and I’m passionate about helping clients enhance their features in subtle, confidence-boosting ways.
Since 2021, I’ve specialized in a variety of aesthetic treatments, including neurotoxins, hyaluronic acid fillers, and biostimulators. Each treatment plan is tailored to your natural structure, personal goals, and comfort level. My aim is always to create soft, natural-looking results that make you feel like the best version of yourself.
Special Interests
My clinical focus is on injectable treatments—particularly neurotoxins like Botox and Dysport, as well as dermal fillers and collagen-stimulating injectables. I love combining my medical expertise with an artistic eye to deliver refreshed, balanced outcomes.
My background in critical care continues to inform my approach to safety, anatomy, and precision. Patient trust is everything to me, and I take the time to educate, plan, and collaborate closely to ensure every client feels confident and cared for throughout their aesthetic journey.
Staying current is also a priority—I’m always learning about the latest research, techniques, and technologies in aesthetic medicine so I can continue to provide the best possible results.
Outside of the clinic, I live in Roswell, Georgia, with my husband and our two-year-old son. Family is everything to me, and spending time with them is how I recharge.
I also love following the latest aesthetic trends and innovations—it’s both a passion and a profession for me. Whether I’m learning about new techniques or exploring ways to improve patient experience, I’m always finding ways to grow in this ever-evolving field.
I earned my Master of Science in Nursing and became a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner before transitioning into aesthetic medicine. My education and over a decade of clinical experience give me a strong foundation in both patient care and medical aesthetics.
I’m committed to continued learning and professional development, and regularly attend training programs and conferences to refine my skills and stay on the cutting edge of the industry.
