Find the program for your goal
Each program is built around one goal. Pick the one that sounds like you. Your provider makes the final call after your labs.

Weight Loss with GLP‑1
For weight that won't budge and constant food noise.
GLP-1 is one kind of peptide, and it has its own program. We start with your health history and your labs, then build a plan you can actually live with. If a GLP-1 medication fits, your provider will talk it through with you. If it doesn't, they'll say so.
Pairs well with Emsculpt Neo, to build muscle where you want it.

Lean & Ageless
Support for energy, sleep and body composition.
For the days you're running on empty and the scale isn't the whole story. Your provider builds the plan from your labs and checks in as your body responds.
Pairs well with Emsculpt Neo, for muscle in the areas you choose.

Heal & Recover
Support for your body's natural recovery.
Built for active adults, whether that's the gym, a weekend league or Emsculpt Neo. Your provider reviews your history first and tells you honestly whether it fits.
Pairs well with Emsculpt Neo.

Glow
Skin and hair support from the inside.
The inside half of your skin plan. Glow works alongside the treatments you already love here, like microneedling, Keravive and PRP.
Pairs well with Keravive or PRP for fuller-looking hair.

Calm & Focus
Feel steadier on busy days.
For busy minds and stressful seasons. Your provider talks through what's going on, reviews your history, and builds a plan if it fits.
Often paired with Lean & Ageless when sleep is part of the picture.
Peptide therapy, explained plainly
Five short chapters. Read what you need, skip what you don't, and bring your questions to your consult.
What peptide therapy is
Peptides are short chains of amino acids. Your body already uses them as messengers for things like repair, metabolism and recovery. Peptide therapy uses them to support the systems you already have.
At Chin Up, every plan is guided by a licensed provider, backed by your labs, and filled by a state-licensed pharmacy.

Your peptide journey
It starts with a quick visit for your intake and lab draw. Once your results are back, you sit down with a nurse practitioner or physician assistant to go over them and build a plan around your goals. Then we check in and adjust as your body responds.
- What do people usually come in hoping to fix?
- How do you decide which program fits someone?
- What's one thing you wish more patients knew before their consult?
Safety comes first
No mystery vials from the internet. Three things are true of every plan we build.
- Licensed providerA nurse practitioner or physician assistant reviews your full history first.
- Your labsFor most programs, we draw baseline bloodwork so your plan starts from your numbers.
- Licensed pharmacyMedications are prescribed only when appropriate and filled by a state-licensed pharmacy.
Myths and realistic results
Everyone qualifies.
Not everyone is a fit. Your provider reviews your history and labs and tells you honestly.
You'll see results overnight.
Results vary from person to person. Your provider sets expectations at your visit and checks in as you go.
It's the same as what's sold online.
Ours are prescribed by a licensed provider and filled by a state-licensed pharmacy, built on your labs.
Where peptides fit
Peptide therapy is one part of a plan, not the whole thing. Many patients pair a program with hormone therapy, Emsculpt Neo, or the skin treatments they already love here. Your provider helps you decide what belongs in your plan and what doesn't.

Questions worth asking at your consult
- Which program fits my goal, and why?
- What do my labs tell you?
- How will we know it's working?
- What does the full plan cost?
Are these medications FDA-approved?
Many are. Some plans use FDA-approved medications, and some use compounded medications, which aren't FDA-approved. When your provider prescribes a compounded medication, it's made for you by a state-licensed pharmacy. Your provider explains exactly what your plan includes and your options.
Do I need labs first?
For most programs, yes. Your provider orders baseline bloodwork at your consult.
Which program is right for me?
You don't need to know yet. Tell your provider how you feel and what you want to change, and they'll recommend what your labs support.
What does it cost?
There's a fee for a wellness consult, and we'll go over it with you before you book. Your provider walks you through plan options and pricing before you decide anything.
