Terms for chin up! Aesthetics Giveaway

Eligibility

Participants must be at least 21 years old at the time of entry.

This promotion is open to legal residents of the United States, specifically Georgia, where permitted by law.

Employees of Chin Up! Aesthetics, their families, and affiliates are not eligible to participate.

Promotion Period

The giveaway starts on November 25, 2024 and ends on December 2, 2024, at 11:59 PM EST.

Entries submitted outside of this period will not be considered.

How to Enter

For every $100 spent on Chin Up! Aesthetics gift cards during the promotional period, participants earn one (1) raffle entry.

Spending $500 or more automatically qualifies for double entries.

No Purchase Necessary: Participants can enter without making a purchase by completing the following requirements:

Following Chin Up! Aesthetics on all social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.

1. Submitting a written entry that includes your name, email address, phone number, and a 300-word essay on 'How Chin Up! Aesthetics Can Help You Look and Feel Your Best.'
2. Mailing or emailing the completed entry to [email protected] by December 2, 2024, at 11:59 PM EST.

Limit one (1) non-purchase entry per person.

Entries that fail to meet all the requirements will be disqualified.

4. Prizes

Skincare Package: Five (5) winners will receive an Alastin skincare package, including:

1. A stylish black cosmetic bag with brown leather detailing.
2. One travel-size Gentle Cleanser.
3. One travel-size A-Luminate Brightening Serum.
4. One travel-size C-Radical Defense Antioxidant Serum.

Free Botox for a Year: Two (2) winners will receive:

1. Up to 50 units of Botox per visit.
2. Four (4) visits per year.
3. Applicable to forehead, crow's feet, and glabellar lines ('11's').
4. Other areas may incur additional costs.

Paid Vacation: One (1) winner will receive:

Hotel accommodation for up to five (5) nights at a destination of choice from the provided list.

Destinations include: Hawaii, Miami, San Diego, New York City, Colorado Springs, Denver, Palm Springs, among others.

Winner is responsible for:

1. Choosing a destination from the provided list.
2. Paying for their own flight to the destination.
3. Covering taxes and fees associated with the hotel; Chin Up! Aesthetics will cover the remaining hotel costs.
4. The prize is valid for a family of two (2) adults and up to two (2) toddlers.

The winner has 12-18 months to redeem this offer.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

Winners will be selected randomly and notified by email or phone within seven (7) days after the promotion ends.

Winners must claim their prize within seven (7) days of notification. Failure to respond will result in forfeiture of the prize.

Chin Up! Aesthetics reserves the right to redraw in the event of an unclaimed prize.

6. General Conditions

Prizes are non-transferable and must be redeemed in accordance with Chin Up! Aesthetics' policies.

By participating, entrants agree to allow Chin Up! Aesthetics to use their names and likenesses for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

Chin Up! Aesthetics reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice.

7. Limitations of Liability

Chin Up! Aesthetics is not responsible for:

1. Technical malfunctions, delays, or failures that prevent participation.
2. Unauthorized entries or tampering.
3. Any injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation or prize acceptance.

Personal information collected during the giveaway will be used solely for the purposes of administering this promotion and will not be shared with third parties.
