Side effects may include pain at the injection site, redness, bruising, or tenderness.

Collagen stimulators, such as Sculptra, are used to restore volume deep into the skin. Results are gradual and may require 1-3 injection sessions over the course of a few months. The collagen that is stimulated can last 5-7 years as your body loses its natural collagen.
