Chin Up! Aesthetics Policies

Consultations:

 

Initial consultations are completely FREE at Chin Up! Aesthetics! Depending on the schedule we can do the same-day treatment as well.

 

Appointment Cancellations:

 

In order to be respectful of the needs of other patients, we ask you to be courteous and call our office if you are unable to show up for an appointment. You will be given a reminder 24 hours prior to your appointment – That would be the best time to let us know if you are unable to make the appointment.

 

Cancellations under 24 hours will be assessed a $75 cancellation fee regardless of the reason and may require a deposit on future appointments. Appointments are in high demand, and your early cancellation will allow other patients to get in for treatment.

 

How to Cancel Your Appointment:

 

To cancel your appointment, please text or call our office at 678-846-2420. If you cannot reach our Guest Services Specialist, please leave a detailed message or text us and the time will be recorded. If you would like to reschedule your appointment, please leave your name and phone number so we can reach back out to you.

 

No Show Policy:

 

A “No-Show”, is a patient who misses their scheduled appointment without any notification. A failure to be present at the time of a scheduled appointment will be recorded in the patient’s chart as a “No-Show” and a $75 charge will be implemented. We may require a deposit if you choose to reschedule the appointment. The deposit will be counted as a retainer towards future appointments. This includes arriving 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment.

 

Refunds Policy:

 

Select Skincare products may be returned within 10 days if unopened. A receipt of purchase will be required in order to return the merchandise. Treatments, packages, and gift cards are non-refundable.

 

If you no longer wish to complete a package series, any remaining funds may be transferred towards another service at the discretion of Chin Up! Aesthetics. No cash or charge refunds will be given. PER REGULATIONS, WE CANNOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS ON MEDICAL ( RX) PRODUCTS). PLEASE ASK YOUR PROVIDER IF YOU HAVE ANY RETURN QUESTIONS PRIOR TO PURCHASE.

 

We do not offer refunds on ANY services rendered for any reason.

 

Once services are purchased, they will not be refunded, however, to ensure our clients always receive the greatest experience at Chin Up! Aesthetics, unused service values (cash equivalent for the remaining amount of a treatment package) can be applied to any other service at Chin Up! Aesthetics within 12 months of the original purchase date.

 

All injectable & service treatment sales are final; refunds or credits cannot be offered once treatment is completed.
